Designing and constructing gardens
Ars Poetica
I am convinced that landscaping and building gardens is a form of art, in which living and lifeless elements come together to create a perfect harmony. Seeing as most of the features we use are living things, it is our duty to build and provide optimal conditions for the plants to grow, yield their seeds, flourish and then die away – as nature’s never-ending cycle continues. Therefore the compositions that we bring to life aren’t just the work of a moment, as they need constant attention and care.
Ever since I’ve been a little boy, I have been in tune with and sensitive towards all form of nature. I’ve been fortunate enough to work alongside my father from the age of 5, when we would exchange seeds with alpine flower clubs, and we began germinating and cultivating these unique flowers in our own garden and glass house. I was fascinated by these tiny life sources and the way that they survived any rough conditions. From here onwards my love and passion for gardening and landscaping began.
After I graduated (in the year of 2000) we founded our family business named Malamute Trading and Agriculture Corporation and I began my studies at Corvinus University’s Faculty of Horticulture the very same year. Like all starts, setting up our own company was a struggle the first one or two years, when we received few projects and we were greatly understaffed. We tried to build a good reputation by word of mouth and slowly, but surely, - especially after we started our own website - the number and extent of requests began to grow. Our profile consisted mainly of sophisticated private gardens, with a few request for industrial parks and green areas surrounding office buildings.
